Bangalore highest paying city; pharma, healthcare firms top paymasters
According to Randstad India's Randstad India R & D department, the company's average annual cost of ownership (CTC) at all levels and functions in Bangalore was Rs.10.8 lakh per year.
Bangalore is followed by Pune at Rs 10.3 lakh, NCR and Mumbai Rs 9.9 lakh and Rs 9.2 lakh. Chennai (Rs 8 lakh), Hyderabad (Rs 7,9 lakh) and Kolkata (Rs 7,2 lakh) are the other three names on the list of Indian cities that pay the highest average salaries for the teacher.
FMCG, is the third most profitable industry with an average CTC of 9.2 lakh. The IT sector, which offers an average annual CTC of Rs 9.1 lakh and infrastructure, real estate and construction at Rs 9.0 lakh, occupies the fourth and fifth place in the list of most lucrative industries of India for professionals
In the meantime, there are certain roles in which the talent pays relatively higher pay in the 6-10 year experience phase. Top specialists with an average annual CTC at Rs 18.4 lakh followed by solution architects at a CTS of Rs 15.1 lakh, product engineering specialists at Rs 14.8 lakh, and Blockchain technology experts at a CTC of Rs 14.6 lakh.

Randstad Insights Salary Trends Report 2018 analyzed 1,000,000 jobs across 20 industries and 15 positions.
