The top players in the Indian real estate market


  Large real estate companies target developable areas and transform them into construction wonders.



Here is a list of the best players in the real estate market:



1. DLF



Based in New Delhi, DLF is the largest commercial player in the real estate sector.



He has carried out construction projects for more than 70 years and has developed numerous residential facilities in the Greater Kailash of Delhi, the Southern Extension, Hauz Khas and other regions.



DLF's presence is in more than 24 major cities across the country. The company has made a paradigm shift in the Indian retail sector by developing shopping malls and commercial spaces.

DLF Limited recorded consolidated revenues of Rs 9,819 crore for the 2016 financial year, up 20% from Rs 8,168 crore the previous year.



2. Unitech real estate

Unitech is one of the largest real estate companies in the country with diversified operations in the sector. He continued to build luxurious projects across India.



But, recently, the Unitech group drew attention to the postponement of the delivery of the high-end residential project in Burgundy on the Noida-Greater Noida highway near New Delhi.



3. Supertech

Supertech has reached new heights since its inception 25 years ago. He established his position in North India with frequent new projects.



However, there were some challenges. The Supreme Court has asked the National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) to inspect Supertech's "emerald towers" in Noida, if it violated the sanctioned plan and if it was built on a green space.



4. Omaxe

In less time, Omaxe emerged as one of the actors who carved out a place in the real state of affairs. With his presence in more than 30 cities, he has delivered highly valued projects.



5. Oberoi Real Estate

Led by billionaire Vikas Oberoi, Oberoi Realty is based in Mumbai with a strong foothold throughout Maharashtra.



Like all major real estate developers, the company has focused on the development of commercial complexes and shopping centers.

The turnover of the company for the financial year 2016 amounts to 1,444.30 rupees against 940.15 rupees for the financial year 2015.



6. Ansal API

Last year, the real estate agency partnered with technology companies like IBM and Cisco for the development of Smart Cities.



7. Jaypee Infatech

Jaypee Infratech, a subsidiary of Jaypee Group Real Estate, has built large cities in Noida and Greater Noida.



However, the company suffered huge losses due to the pressure of delayed projects.



For fiscal 2016, the company's net loss increased from Rs.350.44 million in 2015 to Rs. 298.41 billion.



8. Godrej Properties

The company has developed residential, commercial and municipal projects in more than 12 cities over the years.



Exercise 16 marked the entry of Godrej Properties into the Noida market.



The company recorded a total reservation value of Rs 5,038 crore this year compared to the total value of the reservation of Rs 2,681 crore in 2015.
